Julius closes it by writing and executing the code itself, then — and this is the part that matters — leaving the code on screen. That single design choice separates it from every chatbot that answers a data question with a confident paragraph. When the number looks wrong, you can see whether it filtered the right rows.

It is genuinely fast at the everyday work: cleaning a messy export, producing a chart worth showing someone, fitting a simple model, summarising a survey. Where it gets shakier is exactly where you would hope it would not. Reviewers on G2 — 4.5 from 96 — repeatedly note that a repeated question can come back with a different method, and that harder statistical work sometimes takes shortcuts a trained analyst would not. It is a quick analyst, not a careful one, and the visible code is the mitigation rather than the fix.
